Fellows are uniquely positioned to understand the roles needed by a company and help select the ideal people for the work.
As fellows undertake part of our operational overhead by generating demand and assessing requests, we have lower acquisition and operational costs which enables us to pay out half the service fee.
Easy. Due to your experience, you get special access to UPPER's vetted freelancer base which enables you to help your beneficiary access top tech freelancers (with a discount, if you want).
Yes. However we limit to 3 referrals in total per year (more on demand). Fellows are rare and we want to keep the group restricted to experts.
No. The fellow program is about giving exclusive access to a service and vetted freelance network to a selected few experts who can engage the network on behalf of their clients or network, with the option to earn 50% of the profit or use it as a discount.
No. We charge clients the same service fee, regardless if they come though a fellow or not.
Certainly. You can use it a full discount (ie. 50%) or partial discount (e.g. 25% cash out, 25% discount).
