As soon as we receive a request we kick off the process and you should expect to receive vetted candidates within the first two weeks.

What is UPPER's recruitment process?

We are here to make your life easier. This is why, before presenting a candidate, we run an upfront screening process (including both personal and technical interviews) to make sure the candidate is a good match for the company and the role.

What happens if a hire doesn't work out?

We understand matching candidates with companies can be sometimes a daunting task and this why we provide you a warranty period of 3 months. This means that if the hire doesn't work out, we will help you replace the candidate free of charge.

What is the price?

Depending on the role, we charge between 15% and 25% of the yearly salary. We strongly believe you should only pay for results and that is why we charge after a candidate is hired and starts delivering results. No money upfront, no sourcing fees.

How does UPPER ensure the quality of the candidates presented?

All candidates are pre-vetted and technically assessed before being presented.
